Reiki is a simple technique that calms our minds and helps us restore balance in our body. While everyone experiences Reiki differently, most people report feeling very relaxed. It feels like an emotional detox!

Reiki is done through light touch. The client stays fully dressed and lays on a massage table* while the practitioner works quietly.

Reiki can have many benefits, including reducing anxiety, lower back pain, and neck tension, and strife in relationships.

*This technique is easily adapted for people with disabilities or who are not physically (or safely) able lay on the massage table.
